Dealing with insurance shouldn't be another source of stress. We offer direct billing to most major providers in Alberta, including Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life, Manu Life, and Green Shield. This means less out-of-pocket cost and no paperwork headaches for you.
Most workplace benefits cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW, MSW). Whether you have coverage through a private company or specialized plans like the Edmonton Police Services, we recommend confirming your "Social Work" or "Counselling" limits before your first session.
If your provider isn't on our direct billing list, we provide a detailed receipt you can submit for reimbursement. As a regulated health profession, our services are GST-exempt and can often be claimed as a medical expense on your annual income tax return.
