Whether you’re navigating the 'double life' struggle, facing family and in-law tensions, or hitting a wall with professional burnout, my goal is to help you find a path forward that actually feels like you.
With offices in Calgary and Edmonton, as well as virtual and phone sessions, I make therapy accessible to your busy schedule.
With over 17 years of experience and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Calgary, my approach combines deep cultural understanding with straightforward, practical therapy. I’m here to help you stop the cycle of stress and finally breathe again.
